RiseMoms Alliance will undertake activities including but not limited to:
Providing vocational training, literacy and language education, résumé writing and interview preparation to support workforce reentry;
Hosting talks and workshops by professional female role models to build career confidence and long-term vision;
Supporting community-oriented, mother-led microenterprises that transform domestic or personal skills (e.g., cooking, art, finance, education) into income and service;
Encouraging mothers to lead community-benefit projects such as free tax assistance, mental health support, or childcare based on their expertise;
Building peer-support networks among mothers to promote mutual help, shared experience, and emotional well-being.
